The Dutch John Town Council will hold a public hearing to receive comments on the proposed Excavation Ordinance. The public hearing will take place on January 8th, 2025 at 6:30 PM at the Dutch John Conference Hall. A copy of the ordinance may be viewed by clicking below.

Due to some changes to state code surrounding subdivisions some changes are being proposed to the Planning & Zoning Ordinance. Click Below for a link to the proposed ordinance and a list of the changes. A public hearing is scheduled for December11, 2024 at 6:30pm.
