Town Council Meeting Schedule

Regular business meetings are held on the second Wednesday of each month at 7:00 pm. Work meetings are on the fourth Wednesday of each month at 6:00 pm followed by a business meeting at 7:00 pm. Meetings are held at the Dutch John Conference Hall.

Requests for items to be added to the agenda must be submitted by 5pm the Monday prior to scheduled meeting. Submittals must include details of agenda item and any documents etc that pertain to subject item. Requests can be emailed to hdickerson@dutchjohn.org and must be received by the above noted deadline.
