Meetings are held on the first and third Mondays of each month at 7:00 PM at the Dutch John Conference Hall.

For 2024 the Planning Commission will be holding workshop meetings once a month. Some regular business items may be allowed on the agenda when needed and arranged two weeks in advance. These are held on the third Monday of each month at 7:00 PM at the Dutch John Conference Hall.

Requests for items to be added to the regular agenda must be submitted by 5:00 pm the Thursday prior to scheduled meeting. Submittals must include details of agenda item and any documents, plans, drawings etc. that pertain to subject item. Requests can be emailed to pnz@dutchjohn.org and must be received by the above noted deadline.
