Meetings are held on the first and third Wednesdays of each month at 7:00 PM at the Dutch John Conference Hall.
For 2023 the Planning Commission will be holding workshop meetings once a month. Some regular business items may be allowed on the agenda when needed and arranged two weeks in advance. These are held on the third Wednesday of each month at 7:00 PM at the Dutch John Fire Station or the Dutch John Conference Hall.
Requests for items to be added to the regular agenda must be submitted by 5:00 pm the Monday prior to scheduled meeting. Submittals must include details of agenda item and any documents, plans, drawings etc. that pertain to subject item. Requests can be emailed to amcdonald@dutchjohn.org and must be received by the above noted deadline.
Building permits have a $150 permit fee. This is non-refundable and will be applied to the total permit price. If you have questions about an application or are unable to find what you need please email the above listed chairperson.
